The manufacturer warrants to the initial
purchaser that the AQUA-AIR Wet/Dry® power unit and cleaning
solution injector will be free from defects in material and
workmanship for five (5) years or five hundred (500) hours,
whichever may occur first, from the date of first consumer
purchase, and that hoses, tools and other attachments will be
free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year
from the date of first purchase.
In the event of a defect in permanently
installed AQUA-AIR Wet/Dry® components of your cleaning
system your AQUA-AIR Wet/Dry® cleaning system dealer should
be contacted. The dealer that installed your system will
repair or replace (at their option) any defective part or
parts at your location at no labor cost for a period of (1)
year. Thereafter, repaired or replacement (at their option)
part or parts will be provided to you for any items under
warranty. (labor is not included)
 This warranty does not cover such conditions
as normal wear to the power unit resulting from usage, or
damage resulting from accidents, negligence, misuse or
unauthorized alteration, or damage by fire, flood or other
acts of God. Motor brush and bearing wear is normal and is not
considered to be defective material and workmanship.
This warranty does not apply to vacuum
tubing, fittings, wall or surface mounted vacuum inlets/water
outlets, nor to the act of installing the AQUA-AIR Wet/Dry®
cleaning system. AQUA-AIR Wet/Dry® also disclaims any
responsibility or relief from incidental or consequential
damages that occur as the result of defective material or
workmanship.
THIS WARRANTY IS A SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE
WARRANTY. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE
EXCLUDED. THIS WARRANTY COVERS ONLY LIABILITY AND
RESPONSIBILITY DESCRIBED HERIN AND THERE IS NO LIABILITY FOR
ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF
THIS SYSTEM.
Some states do not allow exclusion or
limitation of warranties or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages so the above exclusion may not apply to
you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may
have other rights, which carry, from state to state.
This warranty shall become effective upon
receipt of equipment. To register as the original consumer
purchaser and verify your coverage, please return the warranty
registration located in the owner's manual.
