OPERATING A RESIDENTIAL SYSTEM

 

Dry Vacuuming

  1. Attach the curved wand of the dry vacuum hose to the dry vacuum tool to be used.

  2. Insert the hose cuff with the metal end into vacuum inlet valve. This will automatically turn on the system (hose with on/off switch on handle must be turned on to operate). 

  3. Proceed to vacuum.

Wet Cleaning

  1. Attach the curved wand of the wet vacuum hose to the wet vacuum tool to be used. 

  2. Attach the water line on the tool by inserting the end in the coupling and turning one quarter turn to secure on the residential tools.

  3. Connect the water line on the vacuum hose to the water outlet quick coupling (located next to your vacuum inlet or on an extension hose installed for this purpose) by pressing back the outer ring on the socket and inserting the water hose end into the quick coupler socket.

  4. Insert the hose cuff with the metal end into vacuum inlet valve. This will automatically turn on the system. 

  5. Pre-spray surface to be cleaned with appropriate cleaning compounds. 

  6. Cleaning procedure: 

  • Dry vacuum all surfaces. 

  • Pre-spray surfaces to be cleaned. 

  • Use spot cleaners and scrub difficult soiled areas and stains. 

  • Rinse with water by pressing trigger on curved wand and vacuum dry. 

  1. When cleaning is completed, rinse hose and tools by sucking up water from a pail or sink, then allow vacuum to run for a few minutes to dry out hose and line. 

  2. Wipe off tools and hose and hang up hose hanger to avoid any sharp bends.

CAUTION: Keep cleaning compounds out of the reach of children. They may cause skin and/or eye irritation. Refer to instructions on cleaning compound containers.

Dry Vacuuming

  1. Attach the curved wand of the dry vacuum hose to the dry vacuum tool to be used. 

  2. Insert the hose cuff with the metal end into vacuum inlet valve. This will automatically turn on the system (hose with on/off switch on handle must be turned on to operate). 

  3. Proceed to vacuum.

Wet Cleaning

  1. Attach the curved wand of the wet vacuum hose to the wet vacuum tool to be used. 

  2. Attach the water line on the tool by pressing back the outer ring on the socket and inserting the water hose end into the quick coupler socket. 

  3. Connect the water line on the vacuum hose to the water outlet quick coupling (located next to your vacuum inlet or on an extension hose installed for this purpose) by pressing back the outer ring on the socket and inserting the water hose end into the quick coupler socket. 

  4. Insert the hose cuff with the metal end into vacuum inlet valve. This will automatically turn the system on. (With surface mounted vacuuming inlets with on/off switch, turn switch on to operate). 

  5. For systems with AQUA-AIR Wet/Dry® cleaning solution injector, insert the appropriate cleaning compound in the injector. For systems without the injector, pre-spray surface to be cleaned with appropriate cleaning compounds. (See Cleaning Solutions

  6. Cleaning procedure: 

  • Dry vacuum all surfaces. 

  • For systems with out Injectors pre-spray surfaces to be cleaned. 

  • Use spot cleaners and scrub difficult soiled areas and stains. 

  • Systems with injectors, dispense cleaning compounds by pressing trigger on cleaning tool and vacuum dry. 

  • You can rinse with water by turning bypass valve on the top of the Injector to an (off) position, proceed by pressing trigger on curved wand and vacuuming dry.
